On Oct 23 2005 we returned from five weeks in Europe and the UK. One of the weeks was spent in a language centre held at the remote restored village of
Valdelavilla in Soria province of N. Spain. During the week, twenty Anglos worked together with 18 Spaniards to improve the Spaniards' understanding of the English language. Days were very fully scheduled and the work was enjoyable and intense. However, there were many times when Spaniards and Anglos could relax and enjoy themselves, as seen above. We met many new people and made some firm new friends. It was a highlight of our trip and we look forward to going again in a couple of years. Anyone reading this blog might like to check out
